Women in the Music Industry

Women don't tend to follow me but my biggest dream is to have an all girl kick-ass Band.  Why do women not challenge the musicians of the male gender more.  We know they are talented but they don't tend to play the great instrumentals like men in the bands. The music industry is like a chess game there are many moves and strategic paths and chances of winning the game. The King (musician) gets my protection to become what he desires. As the Queen it is my goal to produce the right moves with a strategic team consisting of the Bishop, Knights and Rooks add the final touches to the game and a winning solution covering all the bases. As a small company choices will be limited in order to win with a few strategic moves. The Pawns are most important; since they are our fans. When they come together in a row they form Street teams. Always remember the pawns sometimes serves as the Queen when they reach the head of the chess board and the queen is not available to replace his efforts at the top of the board. A good street team and keeping your King out of check will give you the only edge you need for checkmate (concerts). I have a marketing plan to get you to that point of capturing a Kings status and making your move for checkmate. In my marketing plan I will have my Bishops set in the right places to put you at the top of the game. My Knights are there to continue to give a slightly more powerful move to counter the adversities of today's market. My goal is to make you climb the stardom vine and I don't promise you the world but I will give it hell getting you there.. Now we still have the Rook and he is my slider; he moves in all directions of the market and in every angle to keep you in the markets eye. My knowledge of success will be formulated on the talent you put forth for me to work with and all of the strategic moves you can add to the game.Your cooperation means a great deal to this game. Keep in mind that I actually love the game of Chess; I am actually good at the game. I speak the universal language of music to my artist.
